Location, breakfast, staff, cleanliness, good accommodations.

A good positive experience - only one thing that comes to mind with negativity is that the heating system was pretty dirty.

Very good and would like to be able to stay there every time we are in Sioux Falls at the rate we got. Wish you would put the Kelly Inn in Sioux Falls as a 1star hotel as I researched before hitting a 2star, Kelly Inn was not in as a hotel for this date - so, I tried a 2star and got the Fairfield Inn which we were delighted with. Never want to try a 2star normally for fear of getting the Kelly Inn, but you have so many nice hotels in the 2star category besides the Kelly Inn. Wish I could go 2star more often! ...read more

Great breakfast, very comfy beds.

Wish you could rent movies for in the room and the garbage truck woke us up too early.

Had a lovely night with a nice hot tub, great beds and topped off with a super breakfast. When we go away we try to make it into a mini holiday and we wish the breakfast could have been until 10 am on a weekend but we got up early to get it. ...read more

Breakfast area was crowded and noisy.

Hotel was fine, however they had a scheduled delivery truck (SEMI TRUCK)arrive at just before 7:00 am and sit outside our window with the truck running for about 1/2 hour. I really could have used some more sleep. You would think deliveries could be scheduled during waking hours. ...read more
